I suppose you could try calibrating the battery gauge as that cycles the battery between charge and discharge, but I'm not sure how many cycles it does. This may wake up the battery as electronics techs call it. If that doesn't alleviate the problem, sounds like you need to talk with Humanware Tech Support. Good luck.
