Hi,
How did you "go into the downloads folder?"
If you used the word processor, that is why you didn't see it.
Use the book reader, and when you find the book and try to open it,
you will be asked for your Bookshare password. Enter your password
and hit enter. If you've done this on a computer, the rest of the
steps are the same.
