[Braillenote] Dialup and audio streaming

Hi, Jim and List.  Jim.  A., you're one of the smartest people on 
this list, and you've had lots of experiences with this stuff.  
You say that "dialup" can be problematic, but when everything 
settles in it should work? What do you mean by this, grin.  I 
don't know when I'll have high-speed or Dsl out here any time 
soon yet.  How do I make this dialup nonsense work with audio 
streaming, especially with Acb Radio interactive.  Thanks.
