Hi. I always find it bothersome to play these games and try to figure out what some guy's puzzle was that he dreamed up. I liked the infocom games better. Their puzzles weren't so cryptic in my opinion.

I had a suspicion which was first and another suspicion of which was last. I also figured out that once you had put one in that was supposed to be later in order, you couldn't get any more in. It was as if you had made the mold too small for the bigger pieces to fit. So I tested my first two hypotheses. I put the one I thought had to be first in and laboriously sat down at the mirror and put each of the other six after it, standing up and collecting the two masks each time. Lo and behold, I was right. Then I tried the same with the mask I thought had to be last. After this time-consuming activity, I found this was also right. You can try to put the masks on beforeputting them on the mirror. This gives good clues about the order they might be in, but not that good. This game is very surrealistic, and it isn't really that easy to figure out the events of this character's life. But doing this does help. To get the order of the pther masks, I think I remember creating a file where I kept track of which mask had to go after which, but i got lost in this activity. I got a couple of surprises. The last one I actually found in the game was not that last one to go into the mirror, at least, not the first few times I tried to do this game. The one that ended up to go in last was the last one the last time I played. I should work this hard at some of my real job tasks! This game is good for learning to be methodical in a fanciful but somewhat disturbing world. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Henrichsen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'Braillenote List'" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 12, 2006 5:16 PM Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Dreamhold > Hi.
