[Braillenote] using blue tooth with nokia 6620 for Internet

I am sure that there must be someone on the list that has gotten the 
braille note sat up with the Nokia 6620 to use an internet 
connection.  If this is so, can someone give me the information?  I 
can get the devices paired, but I can not get the phone to dial out.
