No Kim was great! It only took 5 business days for mine to come back to me.

It will happen, eventually, it took one of mine seven weeks.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem getting transplant back

  Hi List:
Has anyone who sent their Classics in for Transplant had
problems getting them back? Katie had claimed that ours was
shipping back yesterday (Tuesday) overnight shipping because of
all the problems, and our wait. We didn't get our Mp-ower
today, and haven't been able to find out any information because
phones seem to have technical difficulties, so they say. Has
anyone else encountered this situation? Our unit has been gone 25
  days.
