This is Jospeh. Andrew Riden;andrew.riden"humanware.com: wrote to me once about this. When you are calibrating the battery gauge, you should connect the ac adapter at all times. This is because when the mPower has finished chargng, it'll disconnect the battery comparment from the power source. After it has gone flat, it'll detect the presence of the adapter and it'll reconnect the comparment.

My Voice note is being calibrated as I speakbut when I started this process, the battery was nearly flat. I disconnected the power adapter after about 6 hours of I'm talking until my battery runs flat ... and am wondering when you havethese units plugged in and have them recalibrating is the battery being discharged? If so, why do the units need to be plugged in. The vn is currently replugged in so I just don't understand why the machine needs to be plugged in. Isn't the point to run the battery down and by plugging the adapter in isn't that charging the battery? I'll just let it go because I can move everything I want into the bn but this makes no sense to me. Thanks.
