So when you're in active sinc and go to settings to set the port, it won't
give you the usb choice?

What I am saying though is I do not know how to set up the u s b connection 
for active sync on my laptop.  I have the option for u s b on my MPower but 
my laptop doesn't give me the option for some reason.
I have u s b slots on my laptop I just don't know what the problem is.
