Hi Kevin, You are not able to sync your contacts between your phone and BN, you will need Microsoft Outlook in order to accomplish this. As far as phones go, the Nokia 6600, 6620, 6682, and other phones work well with the BN as a modem. I am using a Nokia 6682.
