Hi Kevin, improved audio services will be available if at some point in the future we upgrade the operating system to Windows CE 5.
It is possible to use more than one Bluetooth device at a time, as long as the two devices are not trying to use the same service. For example, it's possible to use a Bluetooth Keyboard and something that uses the serial service at the same time. Hope this helps.
