Yes, often times when I encounter the need for a dictionary I am in class
and do not have access to an Internet connection. I do appreciate all of the
online resources when I am connected though.

I use this too, as a first place, and seldom need to look further. It's so
easy to go online with the BN (unless of course you don't have the
facility) that I personally don't think we need a dictionary built in!
Of course, I'm no longer a student and I do respect everyone's
needs/wishes
