Hi Rusty, I have one that I use in my mPower, and my fiance Julia also has one she uses in hers, they both work fine. Do you have anything like a microphone headset you can try in the mPpower? That way you can determine whether the plug in the microphone, or the socket in the mPower might be at fault.
