This is essentially the approach I tried before seeking help. I have now tried again, this time moving my bnb.exe program file to the manual as well as the none folder of the flash drive. It gives the appearance of reinstalling, except that the installation complete message comes on immediately after I hit enter, so I don't think it is really reinstalling. I think this is how I did it after I upgraded to 7.0 in January or whenever it was, so it should work. Again, thanks for all your efforts.
