The book reader is especially nice when moving around in a book
so you don't accidentally put in an extra dot. I like it for the
students in my class. I don't have to worry about having text
messed up. This is only one of the reasons I chose the Braille
Note after some disastrous reading experiences with young
children and another product.

The bookreader puts a temporary protection on the file. If you
want to
change this, that is take off the protection, press read with x
on a QT,
haven't got the bt command a my fingertips.
Also, if you open a document in the word processor, you can add
a
temporary
protection by pressing read with x.

:
: The advantage of opening a book in the book reader instead of
in
: the word processor is that the book reader does NOT let you
make
: any changes to the file being read.
:
: This can be important if you are say reading a textbook and do
: not wish to accidentally mangle or delete its text.
:
: It also lets you say use the word processor to edit another
file.
