I got a really cool guy at cingular who was just a regular customer service
rep, had never heard of talks or any of it, but did research, stayed on
top
of things and really made my experience getting my phone all set up and
everything!!! He literally called me several times to walk me through
setting it up and all of that. He called the disabled office himself,
told
them what to send and where, and was very helpful. I still have his
contact
info and know if I had any questions or needed anything more, he would do
his best to help out.

For the record, NONE of the cellphone providers know beans about
the BN! (I've been to T-Mobile and Nextel and they knew nada!)
