Here are two links to messages discussing the PK manual and problems folks have had. The first is a problem that Carol had when they first got their PK, as all the manual didn't seem to load. The second is when Al had a problem with not all the manual there, but went to the HW website, or so it appears from the message, and installed the older version of the manual:
