You are currently unable to place markers in books, since the
markers are characters and books are protected in the Book
Reader. There should be a work around, at least in my opinion.
I am not sure about bookmarking web pages. If you mean making
favorites, press space with dots 2 3 5 (lower F for favorites) on
a BT, and use the menu from there. Place markers can be placed
just like you would place them in a file.
