Thanks, Terry. Since I do have a qt, I don't enter anything in braille. But if I wanted everything in my notes area to be in grade two, I would type control g2. This is what confuses me. Since I have a qt, everything gets typed in as computer braille, I guess. But I wanted it displayed in grade two. I also want the carriage returns that are in the original notes area to be maintained when I copy a record into a document. I am using something called "entire phone template" that was designed by someone on this list. I downloaded the qt version. I don't think I can edit grade of braille in his file, but perhaps I should put my cursor in the notes section after the notes field and then try control g2. Also, can't seem to get the carriage returns to be there when I copy the record into another document. Thanks.
