That's my understanding too. If some dots feel like they're not working right, an exercise of the Braille display might fix the problem. But it seems I read something about exercising the display too much might not be good. Could one of you Humanware types elaborate on this? <grin>

Subject: [Braillenote] Excersising the Braille Display

Dear List,
I have a question regarding the ability to excersise the braille display under support information mode, which can be activated by using the letter x. What is the exact purpose of this? From my understanding it is designed to help your display to stay in optimal performance, reduce sticky pins, and reduce the unevenness of the braille display. If I am wrong with my understanding or forgot to include something, can you correct or add to what I have?
Kevin
