Hi Sammi!
I'M not sure about how to do the recording thing, but since you
are talking about doing this on the bn, you're right on topic.
I want to learn this too, and since I'm reading this a day late,
if you got a reply that tells you how to do this, I will be
watching for it.
Good luck!
Richard

Subject: [Braillenote] question about recording
Hello List,
As recording secretary for my blind veterans group, I have
been using my new MPower (with great success) to record the
minutes of our monthly meetings. Our meetings last two to two
and one-half hours, and I listen to the minutes again as I
prepare a brief summary to be read at the next meeting. I have a
question about this that perhaps someone on the list can answer
for me.
While listening to the minutes as they are played back and
writing the summary in the word processor, occasionally I miss a
few words. I'd like to know how I can back up and replay one to
five words of the recording without leaving or backing up in the
word processor. If this is possible, please can someone explain
how it is done. I hate having to listen to hours of recording
again just for a word or two.
Thanking the list in advance for any help anyone can give on
this problem. If this is not an appropriate subject for the
list, I apologize, and am asking you to please reply to me
off-list. My E-Mail address is:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and my phone number is 202-863-0390.
Thank you,
Sammie Clay
