If it is neurosis then I am neurotic, I never sent in the 18 cell until after we took out a home equity loan, paid off all the bills and had enough money to buy a second Braille note so I won't ever have to be totally without. My husband did that about Christmas time of 2003 and it makes it much nicer, especially since one of mine happened to be gone for seven weeks around the holidays this past year.
