This is Joseph. The issue sometimes happens. Because KeySoft uses a reasonable amount of RAM, it sometimes happens. It is caused by memory shortage. If you were using KeyWeb, delete some cokies and history items or temp files before you proceed. If you were using KeyWord or KeyMail, save the docment becauwe the informaiton that has been edited but not save is stored in RAM. If you do this, you'll lose the contents of the document or email that you were readng or editing.
