Yeah, I agree with the PMS thing, Diane. A couple weeks ago you guys may
remember that I was saying that I kept getting errors when downloading mail,
and sometimes it wouldn't download until I did a reset? Well, I finally
decided to just do a reset before I even tried to download mail. And lo and
behold, one time when I didn't do a reset before downloading mail, the BN
downloaded mail just fine, and has continued to do so. I have no idea why
the error started in the first place, or why it disappeared, so I think your
PMS explanation is as good as any. <grin>

Here's what I finally did to resolve the frustrating BOOKSHARE unpacking
lockup! Each time my password was denied, I performed a standard reset
using only the RESET button. After about five minutes of nonstop
repitition, the unit inexplicably unlocked itself, and it has been
flawlessly unpacking BOOKSHARE downloads into the designated folder for a
couple of trouble free hours. This totally erratic behavior strongly
supports my fundamental belief that all HUMANWARE family members
habitually suffer from chronic PMS!
