Hi Brian, you can delete previous appointments by using the block
commands. These work in the Planner as they do in many other parts of
KeyWord.

[Braillenote] Planner Clean-Up

Ottawa Canada

Hello list and especially Andy Riden:

In looking at the options available on the Key Plan Menu, I note
there seems no means of deleting appointments that have come and
gone, possibly months ago, from the Planner.

Do they have to be manually deleted one by one?

And when you delete an appointment from the Planner, is its space
in the file it occupied released?

Just curious as my background is in database administration on
big IBM 3090 mainframes and I know how huge files can grow if not
compacted and their deleted records storage not freed up on a
regular basis.

Thanks

Brian
