Thats it, Mike. I am so over welmed with trying to move quickly that I can't
think.
Sure would be neet for a long sequence like a closing.
Thanks.

It's called a "macro".

Hi Alex;
I can not remember what it is called, but on a computer, you can create a
command or just a string of letters and it will write your whole sequence.
Do you think there is any chance this could be done on a BN? You could have
a command not used by the BN and it might write your whole closing for your
e-mails.
I might be able to write terryp
and get my whole closing, since terryp is not a word, but my first name and
the first letter of my last name.
Just a thought.

What I am trying to do is, essentially, have a few default values
to choose from. There are only seven or eight subjects I would
ever use in this one database, so can I just make a list of
defaults and pick one? From what I have read, it seems as if that
is currently not possible. I was hoping it was, however, as I
have found many things either not mentioned in the manual, or
suggested that would not work, actually do work if you can find
an alternative way of doing them.
