Thanks, a service reset did the trick. Never crossed my mind,

I would probably try doing a service reset, if you have the
mPower. Generally, this does solve the problem.

Hi all,
I have had this happen four times, three in succession yesterday
and once today. When I do a simple reset, even waiting 3-4
minutes, my BN does not recover. I have to do a 4-5-6 reset to
get it back. Any thoughts? I thought the RESET was supposed to
be the one thing that would always work, no matter what.
