I must tell you, I agree fully with what you had to say. Yes, Humanware
is certainly an outstanding company with top of the line products, but
they sure need to take a serious look at how they can reduce the amount of
time customers have to wait to get what they pay for. I sincerely hope
that someone from the company is following this thread, and situations
such as ours will soon be a thing of the past. Anyway, good luck on

I have ordered a transplant and have been told they do not know when they
will get the kits in. BrailleNote is a great product but the California
devision should order enough to serve their customers. I have been
waiting
almost a month and I am seriously considering canceling my order. I want
the product but feel this is not an appropriate way to treat their
customers. I wish something could be done to fix this problem.

Humanware has told me that they don't even have the unit there to ship
