Ottawa Canada I suspect the limitation of the Mpower with not being able to record in stereo is probably because it uses a two-channel sound card and if both channels were in use for recording in stereo, it would royally gum up when you wanted to hear a prompt from the Mpower.
I like my clock radio/auto on/off with recording function. Would be great say for recording the morning news while you are busy doing other things then you could listen to it at your leisure.
