This is Joseph. For this instance, go to Support Information mode and check the following: 1. Curent value: at the support mode, type c. If the battery is at 46 percent, the value should look like 950. 2. Designed capacity: at the support mode, type d. The value that is displayed is the designed capacity )it should be 1800). 3. Last discharge: at the support mode, type i. If the nmber is high, then you should calibrate the battery. I hope this informaiton may help you.
