Jose,
If you are wanting to change the subject line to an email you are reppying to, you would write the message as usual and everything as normal, but when you are finished writing the email do space with e, and when it ask "Are you ready to send?" press n for no. Then you are able to change the subject line, who you are sending the email to, add attachments.
