The primary customer focus is visual impairment. A universally
designed unit that allows a person to use braille when possible
and speech when preferred is exactly why I chose the bn.
I understand your lack of need for things like the radio, but I
don't think any of us use all the programs available to us. I
have a student that uses one handed mode. I am sure they are
not all that common, but thank you BN for thinking of them when
you designed your note taker.
At first I thought of the radio as a cute piece of silliness,
but I have really grown to appreciate it during those long bus
rides home from work. Sometimes sitting back with the
headphones and listening to music is all my brain can handle at
the end of a long day. It is nice to have one less thing to
carry on my back thaks to this added feature.

Thank you Sharon! I apprecaite your understanding.
(I've invested a great dealofmoney in my Braillenote. If the
upgrades keep pusing voice and sound, I do't kow what I'll do.
COnsequentlym, knowing there are folks out there who WANT the
"BRAILLE" in Braillenote to mean somnething is a blessing. For
the reocrd, I've wondered WHY, since there is a "Voicenote, all
this audio stuff isn't incororated into that Device rather than
the BN.)
