[Braillenote] question about word documents

I'll be dong several assignments this summer where I will most likely  
be emailing word documents to the instructor.  Is there a way to sae  
the formatting for printing and have it preserved so that when the  
peron gets the attachment he can print it out without any trouble?   
Or will I just have to us the Windows PC for this?
