This is Joseph. When you read the file, you should have noticed a lot of
less-thans and greater-thans. These are html symbols. When you open this
using KeyWeb, KeyWeb use these codes to decide what to display. So it is
recommended that you open html attachments using KeyWeb.

Hi jonathan,
A colleeague atttached a news letter in html format. I chose to detached the
file and open it later. Now, I didn't do it using keyweb which was suggested
to me by someone on the list after I sent the message. I used bookreader as
I just wanted to read the newsletter and not make any hanges. When I opened
the file, I saw lots and lots of codes among the words in the file.

Hi Denise, I'm not aware of any issues with standard HTMl documents. To the
best of my knowledge we're handling those very well, but if that isn't the
case, do let me know.

Point absolutely taken regarding Word. We have a team working on this and we
do take it very seriously.

[Braillenote] suggestion

Hello All,
Over the past couple weeks, I've seen postings to the list about new
features and enhancements to the bn family of notetakers.
Well, If I had only one, it would be that the bn could read any and all word
documents, html and yes even later versions of wordperfect documents though
I know the latter will not happen.
Many of us with this powerful tool are using it not just at play or leisure,
but also to do work and conduct business. when my colleagues at work e-mail
me attached documents, I cannot be concerned about whether the bn will or
will not give me a document that is virtually impossible to read if not
downright unintelligible. I am not a technical engineer or computer
programmer and so I don't know what it would take. But I hope the good
people at humanware will deal with this issue and soon.
Thanks.
