That is actually a hard question to answer. If the Cd. drive You pick
happens to require drivers then your mostly out of luck although there
is a way around that. On the other hand if the drivers happen to be in
the BrailleNote then it will work. I haven't tried any except the
plextalk and it didn't recognize that unit.

with the bn? Is this true? If so what brands would work? Would the
