Good evening, I could use a great deal of help with synchronizing my PC and the Braillenote MPower, please. I have Active Sync on the PC and that is about the last action that happens. I've tried synchronizing from the PC and Braillenote and then check to see if my address book has been copied and it has not because I type in a name and it says no such entry.
I don't mind calling you on the phone if this can be accomplished.
