Hi Claude,

When this has happened, a lot of us have had luck getting our mPowers going
again by performing a service reset. This is done by holding down the
record and reset buttons at the same time, and then releasing them both.

Subject: [Braillenote] dead MPower

Well I guess I let my MPower sit too long without giving it attention. I
tried to turn it on this evening, and guess What? no response, I mean none!
Even after plugging in the power plug and pressing in the re-set button
still nothing. What else is there to do? I guess I will just Waite and see
what happens tomorrow after it sits with the power plugged in overnight. If
you have any suggestions please let me know.
    Thanks,
Claude Everett
