Great one Sherry;
I got to meet Jonathan at convention and Lary but I don't think I ever got to
meet Dean. Like you and others. I always read Jonathan and Dean's messages.
If they took the time to write to us, then they are emportant to me.
Sure will miss your inteligence Dean.
Best wishes to the Jackson family.
Terry Powers.
moving sure puts a person behind in e-mails.

dear Jonathan,

As so many others have said, I was shocked to read this morning of dean's
passing. I only knew dean through this list, and a couple off list
exchanges thanking him for how well and patiently he ran this list. After
reading everything that has been written of his dedication to the community
of BN users, I am truly grieved that I never knew him personally or got a
chance to talk to him on the phone or face to face. Yet I remember that I
would always read his messages, even if it was on a topic that was not of
interest to me at the time. He was always patient, supportive and positive.
my great respect for him is evidenced by the tears in my eyes as I write,
thinking of such a kind and giving young man taken away so young. Dean's
impact in the lives of blind people all over the world will never be
forgotten by those of us who have had the privilege to experience it.
please, give my genuinely heartfelt condolences to his family, yourself and
the rest of the Human ware staff.

God Speed Dean Jackson.

Sherry
