Many of us have experienced this issue with downloading, it's a
bug in KS7. HW knows about it, and there will be a fix
eventually.

I have a PK running Keysoft version 7.
After downloading a file with the web browser, when I try to
download another, I get an error, and have to reset the PK before
I can download again.
Has anyone else seen this, and if so, is there a fix?
