Hi Dan, it sounds like the file you are creating may not be a plain text file. If there is header info at the top, it sounds like it may still be in KeyWord format. It needs to be plain text.

ok, what am i doing wrong. I simply created a playlist called music.m3u located inside my mp3 folder on the compactflash card. the file contains a list of songs 001.mp3 through 003.mp3 and the mpower says the file doesn't exist. when I look at the file, its there but there is a lot of header junk at the top, not just the names of the files. when i delete the header and bring it up again, the header is back.
