At this point I'm willing to accept the agreement. It certainly beats not having web braille at all.

Subject: [Braillenote] Web Braille

Hello all!

I downloaded a book from the NLS Web Braille service successfully. Perhaps one might blame lawyers or those among us who allowed their files to fall into the wrong hands. Now we must put up with the agreement each time we download a volume. Too bad we can't get an entire book once we accept the term of the agreement but no! It is each volume. I doubt this will be changed at all! It is truly unfortunate but I think that miserable agreement is here to stay.
