Hi, Chaman: What you ought to do is ask RNIB or whoever 
distribute your books and magazines to institute this kind of 
service.  If all of you guys, from England, Scottland, Ireland, 
Australia and New Zealand got together, who knows how far you 
could go? Besides, I'd love to hear about it on the BBC's World
