As I take it you are not an American citizen living in the UK, you and I are not eligible to get Web Braille Service from NLS. I guess we need to lobby our respective libraries for the blind to negotiate either Inter-Library Loan privileges for 'Web Braille or some sort of reciprocal agreement where we get to borrow their books and especially magazines and they get to borrow ours if they wish.
