Hi Carl:

Sounds like your customer has a BT Mpower.

Is the problem the volume of the speech synthesizer or of the FM
radio and Media Centre?

The radio and media centre share a volume control of their own,
but it is also affected somewhat by the synthesizer volume
control which is considered the Master Volume Control.

Check the BT Mpower manual for the correct key sequence to adjust
either the Media Centre or Synthesizer Volume.

I have noted that my BrailleNote Mpower 32 QT really isn't all
that loud with the built-in speaker but is OK with headphones. I
think a hard of hearing user would need to turn up their hearing
aids to hear their Mpower although I don't know any hearing
impaired people with one.

Brian
