Hi John:
Do a reset, and you should be able to erase it.

Subject: [Braillenote] erasing a memos file
Hi,
I am having problems erasing one specific file in my memos.
It also won't play it, the error says The file format is invalid.
If I try to erase it, I get the error The process cannot access
the
file because it is being used by another process.
0 files erased
The title of the file is 094140 04-05-06 memo.2qfv
I know the last part is the date but am not sure what the earlier
numbers represent.
The date on the file leads me to believe that it was recorded
while
I was having braille display problems and may have done a service
reset using the reset and memos key conbinations.
Is there a way to erase the file? One way does present itself and
that would be a reset with dots 4, 5, and 6 held downn.
But I won't do that unless I get positive confirmation from
somebody
who is absolutely sure of what they are doing.
Thanks!
John
