I erased it through the dirrectory.
It was a file from may 4 at 9:40 AM.

it, was to do a 123 reset and that seemed to unlock the file.
I did have to reinstall my GPS software afterwords, but at least the
memo is erased. Out of curiosity, what was the date and time of your
unerasable memo??
