Hi Jonathan and KC,
I've successfully downloaded books from web braille since it's been back up. Read with left arrow i is working just fine. When you use this command you do end up at the top of the page, so you have to space down to the next link you'll need. I'm using the vnqt Mpower so I'm not using Braille. I don't know ifusing Braille alone has anything to do with the problems people are having, but it it's working for me with a vnqt.

and keysoft 7

Hello Jonathan,

thank you for your message.

I did contact NLS and received a response from Dr Judith Dixon.
Apparently, the problem of accessing multipe volumes is
widespread. However, Dr. Dixon said that some BN users had been
successful. She suggested that, after downloading Volume I, to
go back a page (e.g. Read + left arrow--when you see the Notice.
As yet, that hasn't worked.

I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this and can share the
solution. Meantime, NLS is working to correct the problem.
(Thank you for your understanding.)

KC
