Hi John, One important setting to check, when setting up a BN/VN with Earthlink, is the user name field. This needs to contain the full Email address, not just the user ID. For instance, I had to fill in the user name with:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] When I had previously only put "skhye" in the field, I got the same errors you have mentioned.
