Hello Rachael:
The QT is Ctrl I. From the Main Menu, go to the Flash drive.
Find your Keylist folder. Press Ctrl I. You'll be erasing the
whole folder, even the unprotected ones. Then, do a reset.
You'll have to set up all of your connections. Let me know.
