Do you have a backup from which you can restore? I'm talking about a complete backup, and not just certain files in certain folders. Now, I can't guarantee this would work for you, as none of the other good suggestions have worked. Dear Rhonda, Sarah, and list, Well, I dreaded erasing that keysoft.ksd file, but I did it! And it didn't help! I've also replaced the connection configuration.cdb file with the backup one from yesterday, when everything was normal! Any thoughts?
