This is Joseph. I would recommend the following: 1. Go to Main Menu, and preform the ROM Reset (Reset+dots 1-2-3 or FDS). 2. After the BN has finished rebooting, go to File Manager and navigate to Flash Disk\KeyList. Delete the folder. 3. Now, select KeyMail folder and delete it as well. Go back to Main Menu and perform Warm Reset (Reset button). I hope this information may help you.
